Compliance made simple using AI

We have made it simple for corporates to carry out compliance exercises such as KYC and others ahead of the start of onboarding counterparties. Following have been introduced:

1. Smart Forms that gather all material needed from counter parties that are being onboarded in a simple and efficient manner.

2. A Secure Document repository (VDR Pro) for material uploaded using the smart form with auto redaction if needed to ensure confidentiality of key data as required under the Data Protection Act.

3. AI that compares material uploaded to the corporates checklist. An efficient manner of ensuring all files needed to onboard the counterparty are complete.
