Contract Generation

We generate a range of types of Contracts but the types we are renowned for our Smart Contracts which are coded and thus able to interact with the ongoing operations of the enterprise. These contracts are self monitoring.

We also generate coded contracts that react to the input of the party completing the contracts. These are useful online self filling contracts that can be easily filled by farm hands, contracts staff and factory workers.

 Contract Review

There is some demand for our Contract Review services but these are usually during the contract generation phase where-in we are asked to use our AI platform to review initial drafts ahead of the final draft being issued. The AI platform ensures all clauses necessary are included and unnecessary clauses deemed not vital are removed. This fast tracks the entire contract generation phase whilst ensuring we have not overlooked anything vital.

Contract Review is also used during the negotiation phase with trading parties.

Contract Monitoring

Smart Contracts are increasingly being used by enterprises as they lend themselves to automation which is being used increasingly by enterprises. This is because they monitor key stages of the life cycle from seedling to harvest to processing and act as coded independently without third party input.
