“Managed Legal Services Inside” label represents “automated contract and smart apps generation, contract advisory and monitoring”. When this label is seen it’s a notice to end users that either the document sharing and collaboration or internet service they are purchasing contain MLS Offerings.

The MLS Inside Program membership is for partners that integrate or bundle MLS technology into their company branded offerings.

Document Sharing and Collaboration

For Document Sharing and Collaboration service providers, “MLS Inside” means our automated contract and smart apps generation, and contract advisory bundled with their services or products.

Example:

• VIA by SS&C Intralinks + CREATE App by MLS

Internet and Data

For Internet and Data service providers, “MLS Inside” means our contract monitoring service bundled with their services or products.

Example:

• Data Bundle by Service Provider + ENFORCE by MLS

• Data Bundle by Service Provider + ENFORCE, REVIEW Advisory by MLS

• Data Bundle by Service Provider + ENFORCE, REVIEW Advisory and CREATE App by MLS
